Our run club on a Wednesday evening has grown from strength to strength in the short time it has been running. Our free sessions are accessible for anyone, including the younger runners. All we ask is that from the age of 8+ you accompany them on the sessions.
Our coaches are there to motivate you whatever your goals are and formulate the sessions to make sure that week in week out, you can achieve your aspirations, improve your confidence, meet and make new running friends but most importantly enjoy.
Each session consists of a warm up, followed by drills and strides to help you improve your running. We offer speed, fartlek, tempo, interval and hill sessions over a rota system that cater for all our runners, taking in some of the most beautiful scenery on the Wirral, including Hilbre island and Hoylake promenade.
